We hit up some insane jet boating and went on a Milford Sound flightseeing tour that was totally out of this world. The hosts helped us book everything, making it super easy to explore Queenstown and all its thrill-seeking glory. Seriously, we couldn't have asked for a better place to chill after all the action! The only bummer was that we would've loved a spot to party it up late without worries. A little more flexibility on late-night fun would've made our trip even more legendary!

Everything is perfectly fine here, had a very good stay for family vacation. The units are well-appointed and compact with a bath. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators are a nice touch.

I had a comfortable stay in a long time. I got apartment for 2 nights, loved it. The staff were pleasant, doing great job. Booked the hotel for its great and perfect location not far from good local shopping complexes, main center of queens town, and a nice pub, takeout & major shopping complex.
Even though everything was awesome, some of the staff were very rude.

The excellent service and the attention to detail! I loved the room in the top bedroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and ideal, away from the main Queenstown area with easy access to shopping centers and all the major stores.

Comfortable and clean, easy to locate, value for money. The manager took the initiative to ring and leave a message on my cell phone when we were late giving us the details of our room so we didn't have to interrupt them after office hours.

The room was very functional. It was also spacious which was great for the kids.
Should use real soap rather than the liquid soap in the shower. Also some of the appliances had their digit worn and it was difficult to work out how to set them.

I was very happy with the Gateway apartments, however I had a nasty surprise when I checked out which was my accomodation had not been paid for! I stayed at 3 different places over 3 weeks all purchased thru sights like yours hoverever all was paid for in advancee. I had absolutly NO IDEA when my credit card details were given to you they were not used to purchase hotel accomodation. I had to come up with $1600 on checkout. My credit card only took $1000 and luckily I had the $600 in savings otherwise Id hate to think what would of happened. I dont even have a note from you warning me that I need to pay, just one saying my booking is secure. To me that means(especially when I give my credit number) that its all paid for too. Not a very fair way to do business. Jodie Lowe
